Is Monty Miracle safe to use around grass, pets & plants?
Yes! To make sure that Monty Miracle doesn't effect your grass or plats, water everything before & after applying the product. If flowerbeds or grass butts up to the surface you’re cleaning, we advise to spray the solution about 2 feet from the edge and sweep the rest up to meet the grass.
For pets, keep them inside for 10 minutes after applying. The product will neutralize after this amount of time.

Is Monty Miracle an acid?
No, Monty is not an acid, it’s an alkaline, this means that it’s safe to use on the most delicate external surfaces including Indian Sandstone or Limestone with no ill effects.
Is Monty Miracle environmentally friendly?
It sure is! Once you start applying Monty Miracle it starts to react with organic growth in order to do it’s job but, after 10 minutes, the product has completely neutralized and is 100% environmentally friendly. This means it can be hosed off onto the grass or into garden beds, just follow the instructions in your order for the best results.
If I leave Monty Miracle on too long, can it do damage?
The ideal amount of time to leave Monty Miracle on is 6-10 minutes. That said, you can’t do any damage if you leave the solution on too long.
After 10 minutes, the product will neutralize itself and will have finished reacting with the organic growth it’s eliminating.
We do advise though not to let the area dry before rinsing off (in 6-10 mins) as this may leave some residue. To remove this we advise, when the area is dry to, brush the area first to get rid of much residue as possible then use warm and soapy water applied with a brush to remove any remaining residue left behind.
How do I determine how many bottles to get?
Each 5-litre bottle of Monty Miracle is designed to clean approximately 270 square feet of surface area. That's about the size of a single car garage.
